New Schedule 2 Checklist comes into effect from 0001 on Monday 25th March 2024.

  1. MARINERS ARE HEREBY ADVISED that, from 0001hrs on 25th March 2024 the October 2021 Milford Haven Schedule 2 Checklist will be withdrawn from use and replaced with the March 2024 Milford Haven Schedule 2 Checklist.  Please see below.
  2. The Schedule 2 Checklist has been remodelled for ease of use by all parties and is now in MS Excel format with drop down boxes and colour coding being widely used. Additional information regarding Escort Towage capability has also been included.
  3. A properly completed March 2024 Schedule 2 checklist is required to be sent to Milford Haven VTS prior to any arrival, departure or berth move in Milford Haven.
  4. All vessels LOA over 50m, except the regular Irish Ferry, must send to VTS a completed Schedule 2 Checklist before any move will be authorised.
  5. Masters will have a period of grace until the end of June 2024 to commence using the March 2024 Schedule 2 Checklist, after which the October 2021 version will not be accepted.
