Oil Spill Pollution exercise on 2nd April from 0830 – 11:30 commencing at the Valero Jetty T-Head Pontoon.

  1. MARINERS ARE HEREBY ADVISED that, Valero Refinery Oil Spill Response Boom Deployment Exercise will be conducted on the Milford Haven Waterway on Wednesday, 2nd April 2025, from 08:30 to 11:30.
  2. The exercise will involve the deployment of an oil spill boom from the Jetty T-Head pontoon at approximately 08:45 (high tide). The boom will be deployed, manoeuvred, and recovered as part of the response training.
  3. Mariners are requested to navigate with caution in the vicinity of the exercise, maintaining a safe speed and giving a wide berth where possible to avoid any disruption.
