Entrance Buoys Light Unreliable in Rough Weather

Mariners are hereby advised that, during time of bad weather, particular when the wave period is of 5 seconds or less, the buoys marking the entrance to the East and West Channel may appear to be unreliable due to the motion of the buoys.

1.  MARINERS ARE HEREBY ADVISED that, during time of bad weather, particular when the wave period is of 5 seconds or less, the buoys marking the entrance to the East and West Channel may appear to be unreliable due to the motion of the buoys.

2.  Mariners should navigate with caution in the area.
