Waterskiing Aquaplaning or Similar Activities Not Permitted Amongst Moorings

Mariners are reminded that waterskiing, aquaplaning or similar activities are not permitted amongst moorings or between moorings and the shore. Users participating in such activities should give moorings and vessels moored there a wide berth and navigate with caution.

1.  MARINERS ARE HEREBY REMINDED that waterskiing, aquaplaning or similar activities are not permitted amongst moorings or between moorings and the shore. Users participating in such activities should give moorings and vessels moored there a wide berth and navigate with caution.

2.  Milford Haven Port Authority (MHPA) is committed to complying with the Port Marine Safety Code. This Code requires, amongst other things, that MHPA exercises its statutory powers to regulate the conduct of vessels in the Haven. The Code recognises that enforcement action will sometimes be appropriate.

3.  This Notice to Mariners is given in order to maintain, improve, protect and regulate the navigation and to manage risks associated with marine operations.
